This is a four percent increase over the year before and 71,000 visitors from the United States in august 2022. This is 13% more than the number of visitors in 2019. It is so exciting to witness a new increase in tourist numbers to Israel from the United States, already reaching and exceeding our record-breaking numbers in 2019 said Eyal Carlin, Tourism Commissioner for North America.
